Better Together - original painting

An original painting on board in watercolour inks.

Badgers and foxes have been known to share a sett according to WWF magazine. Who’d have thought it? I painted this on a sunshine-and-showers kind of a day whilst parked in an idyllic spot between two lakes in Södermanland, South of Stockholm. Just as I thought I’d finished, a light rain shower appeared from out of nowhere contributing the final touches to the painting.
